I have two roles. One has a subtab called "Transactions" on Customer Record > Sales Tab. The other does not have this subtab. Can anyone explain how to get this subtab to show?! I have tried just about every permission and setting on the role management, but cannot figure it out.
snippets from both are attached.

If it's not that, I'm out of ideas.

Lists > Financial History
The javascript function in the UI is called finhist, so I'd assume it has to be that one.
