I created a customer column field that is a list record of the customer. In sandbox if I add the Field and Field:Company Name the report provides both. In production, it will only show the Customer ID, but Company Name field is blank I don't understand why it works in SB, but not production. The custom fields are the exact same and they both present on the source record.

Its for a company. Even if I used Field:Name it works in SB, but then in production it doesn't even after copying the same steps. I reached out to NS support so they are looking at it now.
