I gave a custom role full access to Bin put away worksheet, he can access that page but nothing populates, when i go in as Admin, I can see all the items but custom role cannot see it, is there a permission issue? or looks like bug?

Did you double check that role has access to the

permission? You can share reports, but if they don't have access to the record type feeding the report, nothing will appear.

Are they properly setting the Subsidiary or Location fields? You should only be seeing items populate once NetSuite knows which Location you’re trying to look at.

It’s a bug in the system, it doesn’t display any items because it defaults to a particular location, if I toggle to some other location and select the desired location it works fine

If it’s defaulting to a particular location, that could be because the User’s Employee Record has a default location set.
