@al3xicon any transactions or records or anything connected to the employee it will lock it in I believe

that's what i saw in SuiteAnswers but i cannot change the subsidiary for an employee and he has no transactions assigned to him according to the saved search i looked at

Maybe inactive transactions?

also i can change the subsidiary for employees who DO have transactions assigned to them
