Is there a way to enable

discountitem

and

discountrate

(the header-level discount fields that appear above the Items sublist on Transaction records) on the Opportunity form? Is there a reason this isn’t already there? Adding discounts on only downstream records (Quotes, Sales Orders) but not having them on the Opportunities throws off our sales forecasting metrics. Current work-around is to use line-level discount items on Opportunities.
