Has anyone ever dealt with people not receiving task emails right away? I have a user who just received an email about a task, but according to NS it was sent out on 12/2. It seems to be a case by case basis though since she will receive some just fine.

yup thanks. I just asked her to send me that and it shows 12/2. She is syncing gmail to her outlook so I think something is going wrong in outlook
