Sales order issue - there is a “expected ship date” field on my sales order line items that is not getting set when the ship date is set on the SO. It used to get but now it is not for some reason. Does anyone know why? I feel like it’s a feature that got enabled in our account. We were looking at demand planning so I’m wondering if one of those features is messing with the line item ship date field.

Can you check the field ID of the line field. Is it a native or custom field?

expected ship date is a native field related to demand planning
