where in the system is the country list? and is it possible to include our own values?

What is the problem that you're trying to solve?

we get data from an external system and where the country code cannot be mapped - say due spelling or foriegn spelling, ideally we'd like it to map to 'N/A' or Unknown or something like that

Setup -> Company -> Countries ?
