Has anyone gone through a Service Tier upgrade? We need to move from the Shared to the next level, as we've broken through the Transactions level barrier. NetSuite advise approx 1 hr downtime but we cannot decide when this will happen. This has to be out of hours. We cannot have our offline for 1 hour!

How is that any different than NS performing maintenance after hours?

We're just about to switch to Premium. Our switch is due to happen at 11pm on Monday and predicted to take an hour. It's inconvenient, but if you don't upgrade, you're likely to start experiencing outages and issues anyway. We're well over the 200k transaction lines per month volume for standard and some things like statement generation and searches have started to get slow or fail altogether, which I'm sure is due to the platform capacity.

@KevinJ of Kansas Maintenance is always our of hours (11pm ish) Our account manager cannot confirm the Tier upgrade will be a similar time so I'm getting nervious!
@Dominic B Which time zone. We are GMT and 11pm PST is 7am GMT. If we get confirmation it is 11pm GMT then its not an issue
