Find the script that use this file and check if the beforeLoad function is set... looks like this function doesn't exist on the script. If it's your script you can fix function name or remove... if not, need to ask to bundle owner

It looks like someone deployed an electronic bank payment script to PUrcahse Orders - which makes no sense.
