Can we restrict an item from being sold, based on destination. Eg: can be shipped to the UK and EU but not to USA? This would apply to UI and SCA thanks

Hi Andrew,

Yes you would do this by restricting ship.

1. Go to Setup &gt; Site Builder &gt; Setup Tasks &gt; Set Up Web Site (Administrator).
2. Click *Edit* next to the website you want to modify.
3. On the *Shopping* subtab, in the Shipping Page section, clear the *Web Store Ships to all countries* box.
4. In the *Countries Web Store Ships To* field, select the countries your customers should be allowed to select at Checkout in the web store.
5. Click *Save*.


Also if that doesnt help - try this

1. Navigate to *Lists* &gt; *Accounting* &gt; *Shipping Items*.
2. Click *Edit* next to the Shipping Item.
3. Check the *Display in Web Site box*.
4. Under the *Shipping Rules tab* (Shipping and Handling Rules tab if Charge Handling Separate from Shipping is enabled) &gt; *Shipping Restrictions* section, set the following:
5. In the Countries field, select *United States*.
6. Make sure *Exclude box is unchecked*.
7. In the *States* field, select all preferred States except Alaska and Hawaii.
8. Save.
