I’m trying to save an item fulfillment keep getting “This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records.” Any ideas?

there should a link on the words other records , click on it and see what the links are

The order has been billed through so that would be the other record. The problem is I’m trying to save the record not delete it.

Do you have workflows or scripts running in the background?

there is probably a script or something that is trying to delete stuff

If you are using a custom form for the IF, you may be able to save it if you edit it and set it to the standard IF form and resave it, this will bypass any scripts/blockers that are running on custom forms.

Can you delete the item fulfillment records and related records to see if its possibly a corrupted transaction?

Possibly. I’m checking with accounting. I’ve just never seen this issue before.
