Hi NSers. Anyone have experience with the customer center? Class is mandatory in our account and I can't seem to access that field on the online sales order forms for customers to enter orders. I have found info in SA about the class field on estimates but there is nothing about sales orders. Maybe I am missing something?

@Cheryll Gardner I’m interested to know where you want to access it. Have you looked on the SO Form Customization, Sublist for the forms that is available to the Customer Center.

I feel like you'd need to make the field not mandatory at a system level - and then use a workflow/script to make it mandatory everywhere you do what it to be that way.

Would it be an idea to have a Customer Field on the Customer Center Sales Order form, then copy that field over After Submit of the SO.

you could - but why would you trust your customer to pick the right one?

Thank you for your responses. I determined that the class field cannot be exposed on an external SO form (it can on an external estimate), which makes sense. Your customers wouldn't know which one to select. It turns out that our issue had to do with a SO script expecting the mandatory class field.
