Price Levels are global, so you need to rename the Accounting List or add one if you want to have it customer specific.

I told them that but they want to see if we can edit price level box to add customer name so we don’t need to change the price level name

Then the answer is No. 😉 It is quite common, though to add customer specific price levels in NetSuite if they get a specific discount…
