Hey All: My name is Douglas Bliss. Just helped implement NS in our start-up company. We implemented in about 5 weeks due to various factors, so needless to say, there is a lot of "clean up" on the backend to account for wasn't done, or not done correctly, during implementation. I have never used NS before, and was not aware I would be asked to be the Administrator. So, I often feel very stupid and unqualified because of having to clean up implementation issues, not having very good processes in place due to being a new company due to not having used NS for more than 6 weeks. The perfect storm. Anyway, I'm glad to have be able to join this group. I hope I can get help when needed (which is a lot) and eventually be able to offer help as well.
