NS creates an entry for any email that has bounced - does anyone know if an email campaign will process or bypass emails that has been bounced?

Expected behavior would be that it bypasses any emails with a hard bounce.
Not that it'll necessarily do that...

I guess I can try deleting the bounce entries and run a campaign on those again and some might get resolved

Any email that includes a hard bounced address has a probability of not going out.
