Looking for guidance on the “Copy to Account” feature. Seems pretty straightforward, but I’m trying to copy a custom record from Sandbox to Production and it says its successful, but I don’t see it in prod. Sometimes I get an internal error.

Yes, SDF and Copy to account is enabled in both source/target accounts. In 2020.2 release in both. 😕 Not sure what the issue is tbh.
