@wes_w Thanks for your response wes. I don't know if we're getting "dimmed" or not, but the shipping charges are way out of whack. The items are toys, so fairly normal shipping weights an sizes. An item we are shipping to Tennessee is more expensive than when we ship to China. What i would like to see is the exact calculation - base rate * discount rate. Then i could tell what is wrong.

Might be worth looking at a more advanced shipping solution than NS basic shipping.
