Hi all. Not sure if this is the right group. The last few days it seems that UPS billing charges have been much larger (by a factor of at least twice the usual cost) than usual. We have a shipping item for UPS ground that is set to "UPS REAL-TIME RATE" and discount rate of 1.2, thus bumping up the rate by 20%. • First off, has anyone seen shipping rate issues in the last few day? • Is there a way to see the actual base rate that NetSuite uses to calculate the shipping cost?
