Hi All, I'm new to DocuSign for Netsuite. Anybody who has worked/has knowledge on DocuSign can please help me. I've tried creating DocuSign trail account with a xyz@xyz.com email id, whereas my Netsuite account email id is abc@abc.com. When I'm trying to Send with DocuSign or Sign with DocuSign or when trying to Open DocuSign Admin Console, it throws the error "*A user with the email address abc@abc.com does not exist on the DocuSign account tied to this NetSuite instance. Please contact your administrator*". Does anyone know how to bypass this error and make it compatible for Netsuite to use any DocuSign account?

Hi SMNCP, we use docusign for netsuite and the user accounts present in both systems have to be the same, otherwise the docusign authentication won't work.
