Does anyone have experience with having two payment processing profiles for the same subsidiary? We have various types of transactions that need to have their own profile so the transaction data that comes back to the customer after the transaction has been processed shows the correct company name. My issue - I don't see any documentation showing how to assign rules to determine which transactions would use what profile. Any ideas??

Can you even manually pick the payment processor on a transaction?

Great question! That actually helped me. LOL! There is, it's under the billing tab on both the cash sale and the sales order forms. I think i'm going to create a test profile in the SB and see if i can get both options to populate on the drop down referencing first. fingers crossed!

Well, then I'm guessing you could script/workflow it to the right value based on your rules

You can have multiple payment profiles and define the preferred profile in the customer record.
or as Kevin stated, use script/workflow to select it for you based on multiple conditions.
