What blocks the items from coming on the planned standard cost page? I can view about 300 items while custom role can only view about 60 items 

Subsidiary restriction on the custom role?

or maybe custom role is looking at a different preferred list when they go to the screen?

This is all for the same subsidiary, 

how do I see which preferred list they are seeing ? 

you gotta ask the users which list view they are looking at. Also make sure their preference is set to max number of list view

When the use told me about this, I gave that role to myself and tested it and I couldn’t see those items either, I don’t see the dropdown to go to next page either,
