might be one of those things we cant do much about but when we do refreshes from production into sandbox, it takes over all the scheduled email reports, which then means we get daily duplicates on every report. Any way round that, short of going in each time and switching them all off?

Set-up > Company > Email Preferences : from here you can have your sandbox emails disabled, or all forwarded to a specific email.

Thanks Josh - team have come back to me and said i need to keep it on for some members - is there a way of disabling emails for just one user?

I believe the individual user (with the correct access) should be able to go into the specific sandbox and disable their own emails. Not 100% sure though

I ended up creating a group email. Allowing my team to subscribe to that email group if they want to receive their test emails from Sandbox.
