can anyone recommend a bundle that would help with the Collections/Dunning process in NetSuite? I know of 62340 - Dunning Letters. Any experience with this or any other products with the same focus?

Custom workflows are mostly free if you can set them up- and can be pretty powerful as a result. Only disadvantage is they aren't quite as powerful for reporting as the dunning letters bundle
