There's an include in lists checkbox, something like that on the field definitions when you create them. Look the the help on each of those checkboxes on the top right when creating/editiing a custom field

Thanks, it is "Show in the list" checkbox and how does it select the Native fields to show up, like name, email, phone number but not subsidiary

I'm not 100% sure, I would poke around the default form and see if something is there.

I think you could look into Preferred Forms or Results...cant recall what exactly its called but it can default your setup

@C_Billings is correct. you can set your preferred forms by selecting "Personalize Results" when you're just doing a basic search. There is also a check box when you're editing a saved search "preferred form" or something like that

thanks, I would appreciate that, I would just want to see how to control those first time field when i am creating a saved search
