Probably a stupid question here... We've enabled per-line class/department/location. Fields are on the invoice lines, but they are empty...
I can't find any information on why they are not populating in the UI. They work perfectly from CSV imports.

Well, support thinks it may be a defect. Only impacts some forms. But, the same forms in RP work fine.

These get set from the items. Check that the item selected on the line shows a department/ class

It may be that the department/ class fields are hidden on the item template. You may need to unhide them first

@Lenz - Netherlands, nah it wasn't a normal issue like that. It was just one form, no matter what you tried. Other forms with the exact same data worked fine. Some weird defect with that form. 😉
