I am looking to share a document with a client to guide them through the file cabinet security. Is there any handy support answer or document readily available

There were some enhancements to file cabinet security as part of 2020.2 - probably better to look at the release notes for that.

Also - until the 2020.2 release, I'd probably include the help articles and the release notes in what I shared with clients on that note.
