Anyone know how cases are grouped? I get this error using a sales role: permission violation: this case record does not belong to your group. I am not aware of us setting any groups.

It sounds like one of the cases is assigned to a Support Group.

Support Groups work just like normal groups in NS. There is a box checked on the Group Record .
