Hello, is there any way to export a list of employees that are currently consuming a user license? I've tried creating a search for active users, but the result total is more than the number of licenses in the billing center.

Add filters to exclude roles like customer/vendor/employee center, and inactive users.

Is there any way to tell which roles are counting from the role record though? I've narrowed down everything I can think of, and still have 30 more users than licenses

don't forget to exclude any @netsuite.com users as they don't count as users

Do you mean active at a point in time? You could go to Setup/Users Roles/ Manage Users and pull that down. Will show all users & roles
