Any tips regarding Customer pop-up forms? I can't get the form I've created as a pop-up form to be used when adding a customer to a new estimate without making it the preferred form for any Prospect. The only results I get are either: • The pop-up form is used for both the pop-up and the normal Prospect view (regardless of having set both "Use as Pop Up" and "Pop Up Only" on the pop-up form. I achieve this by preferring this form for the prospect form on the role definition, or • The pop-up form is never used for a pop-up or otherwise, which occurs when the form is selected as Preferred, but not for any specific stage TIA!
