What are best practices for managing preferred forms, roles, and access across subsidiaries? I can set up unique roles for each subsidiary or region, (e.g. Controller - APAC, Controller - US), but are there more convenient and scalable methods for subsidiary wide controls? I've searched elsewhere for advice on this, but have not come up with much.

Obviously want to use the Legal Entity Restrictions in the role definition page. Some of our roles are confined to the sub others not.

Thanks! I'll look into that. If I'm setting up custom entry forms for different subs, would you recommend creating unique roles in each sub, or using a subsidiary sensitive workflow to select the custom forms?
