I feel like I am missing a permission setting, so apologies in advance if I am. I cant figure out how to restrict a user from adding a new address for a Vendor from the Bill. The drop down shows --NEW-- Address Address Address They need the ability to pick; but, not the ability to add on the fly. Any thoughts?

cripple the role by removing the ability to edit vendors

Changing the vendor permission to view won't prevent a user from adding a new bill address to the bill.

unlikely you can, the custom address is part of the transaction
