is this special type account only for Oneworld account or NetSuite standard As well ?

I don't believe this is a feature that needs to be turned on. We don't have one world and we can pull this info in searches. There maybe is an issue with how your search is set up. Maybe send a screenshot of what you have in your criteria and results?

Is this a transaction saved search you're doing?

I think it might be how your search is set up, or you just don't have anything in that special account type that matches your criteria. To test if you can pull special account types at all, try a basic transaction search (even with nothing in the criteria) without the special account in your criteria. Add the account field.. special account type to your results and see if you get any results for anything.

You could also try using account fields... type instead of the special account type. That might work better for you.
