Our NetSuite production environment is enabled to have users log in via Okta. When we try and give users access to sandbox, the system throws an error stating that we cannot change the password since the user has access to multiple NetSuite instances. My understanding of this is that sandbox will inherit the production password. The issue is since production doesn’t have a password because it is SAML SSO enabled, how can we configure the sandbox to be SSO as well via Okta so that the users can access it?

(replace the 5s with your company ID)
We use G Suite as our IDP, and I recently went through this process to enable access to our Sandbox as well.
