Has anyone noticed inconsistency with the File Drag and Drop bundle? I've got a few users for whom this seems to attach the file to a transaction successfully, but then when the transaction is saved the file is missing. No entries in any script logs to tell us more.

We installed this bundle last week, I'll let you know if we experience any issues.
