I have encountered a little bit of a weird issue and wondering if anyone else has experienced it:
We have recently re-branded and I am adding our new logo as the company logo in our developer accounts but it is only appearing for new users, not existing ones. Thoughts?

Browser cache?? Try CTRL+F5 in the browser to do a 'hard refresh' on a PC with the issue. Beyond that, clear the browser cache via the settings (but not the history). If this doesn't cure it, then must be a NetSuite issue.

So turns out that works if you replace the logo on the existing file, but if you upload a new file to the file cabinet and choose that as the logo the pages use the old file id in the url to load the image.
