does anyone have any advice on how to manage this process? Do you guys create a role specifically to administer each center or just grant publish dashboard rights to a standard role and log in as that role?

I just grant publish dashboard permissions to a role from that center and then remove it afterwards if that role is to be used by the users. I'm curious as well how others handle this.

@Luis - You don’t have to add it to the role, you can add

Publish Dashboards

to your user under

Employee > Global Permissions > Publish Dashboards

then you can assign yourself each role with related dashboards..
