Is anyone having issues with Sandbox? We are not able to login

I can log in sandbox just fine, Try using diffrent URL https://system.na0.netsuite.com https://system.na1.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp

Our sandbox was Offline last week and I reached out and they said they had an "outage" and took a day or two to go back online. Does it say Offline on Sandbox Admin page on production account?
