Are there instances when NetSuite doesn't take out the inventory despite item fulfillment? Item fulfillment status is shipped

curious, how is this possible? maybe you delivered a service type item instead of inventory type?

not sure it happend at one of our subsidiary, the way they fix it was to do inventory adjustment
