Permissions on teh record type is "use permission list"

Sorry but I'm not talking about Access Type where you selected Use Permission List (UPL). It's in the Permissions subtab of that record type where you can select the role and the corresponding Access Level since UPL pertains to that subtab. 🙂

yes as I said this role has full permission on this record type
