Any recommendations on managing employee records as they change subsidiaries? Should employee record move to different subsidiaries? Currently we have to change the name/id and make the employee inactive then wait for our HRIS system to push new records in... Anyone successfully automate things like this?

Currently you cannot change subsidiary on a employee record. The process you are following is the only way to do it at the moment. NS have promised us (last suiteworld) that multi subsidiary employee record type is coming, until then just cross your finger 🤞🏼. There were times when this also applied to vendors and customers, now we do have multi-subsidiary vendors and customers

Thanks for the response Sam, is there a more efficient way to handle this instead of all the manual steps? Or a way to automate a special import to rename the record, inactivate, and create new. The manual side of this is mind numbing so kudos to everyone that does it.
