We are currently going through our fiscal year end audit. The auditors want to have the Created By field. How can I add "Created by field"

Are you talking about a specific record type? That at least let's us know if the record already supports that or if you need a custom field.

I suppose you could create a custom body field and populate it using the system note information. Doesn't look like it's available in the standard report.
