Anyone know how to get names to show under the Assigned To field on the Issue form? I have assigned the correct permissions and I have yet to see a name.

Are you talking about cases? If so then you have to mark the support rep field on the employee record

@cferber not Cases, I know about having to check the Support Rep box. The problem is the Assigned To field on the Issues form

Yes they are setup and assigned to the roles. But even doing that, how does NetSuite know what name to put in the dropdown if 7 people have that same role that the Issue role was assigned to?
