Curious what most of your guys rules are on two-factor. Do you enforce it company wide? High Level roles only? Or not at all?

High level roles only. (Admin and Senior Mgt.)

Most clients enforce it only on the ones they have to.

I always login with 2 factor, even on clients that allow trusting for a longer period of time

Usually depends on the company; depending on the size and required compliance, 2FA might be required because its an accounting system.

Only admins and a few select other roles are subject to 2FA. The main NS finance user roles use OneLogin at our company.
