Hi Admins! I asked in general but my question is getting buried. Does anyone know what permissions/setting will allow the "Primary Currency" field on a Customer record to be editable? I have set the Accounts/Customer/Currency under the Role > Lists to Edit but no luck

just to confirm - the customer you're trying to edit doesn't have any transactions?

They do have existing transactions, as an admin I have access to edit the field on customer records

Have you got multiple currency enabled and added a new currency to the customer record in the financial tab?

We just found a custom script that was locking down the field for all non-admins. Thank you both for your help!
