Has anyone else had the "*Netsuite upcoming DB Shrink maintenance*" performed on their account? I'm curious how long it took. We were told yesterday that it can take up to 13 hours.

We've now had 3 different outage times. First it was 2 hours, then it was 13 hours and now its 4 hours. It's set for 7th Feb so we are hoping its the 2 hours.
