In the sandbox Refresh Summary, does anyone have details on how the 'Refreshes Used/Refreshes Total' gets apportioned? I.e. when does the refreshes used reset to zero? How many refreshes are typically given to a customer per sandbox/per year/per agreement?

They count refreshes on contract renewal. The count is 1 per month of contract term. However, you are not restricted to do only 1 in a given month.

I've seen higher refresh counts available than 1 per month, but I don't know why in those cases. All I've ever heard in contracts is 1 per month
