Help. I created a custom role from scratch (General Manager) in the classic center. I assigned myself that role. Logged out. Logged back in. I still can't see the new role even after I select View All Roles. I've also cleared cache, if that helps any.

make sure SAML is not selected in permission>setup. Also check the subsidiary permissions to align with your employee record's subsidiary
