So I've created an email template that is supposed to be used when an invoice is sent via the email action or the native to be emailed functionality on the transaction. I've customzied the transaction form to have this Invoice Template as the default email template and saved it. No matter what way i send the email it is not using this template even though it is defaulted on the form. Anyone run into this? I've followed the SuiteAnswer to default an email template to a transaction type by setting it on the form but it doesn't seem to work.
