Posted this in general, but I thought some here might not be in there and might know of something administratively that could cause this. We first saw this yesterday. This is preventing users from checking out.

In my experience their support is not as quick as this Slack group.
Haven't heard anything, and receiving pressure to figure it out.

Yeah I get it they disappoint me frequently... have you made any experiements to see if any changes on your end rectify things? Sharing what you have done so far might help

Sometimes when I post to the slack, I also get "confirmation" from others maybe having the same issue. Just shooting in the dark.
We actually did change our store address recently (from orders@... to web-orders@... ) because we were getting "blacklisted" and customers weren't getting order confirmation emails. However that was weeks ago, and now we're worried this intermittent issue has been going on for a while and fallen under the radar.
tried changing it back to original, but no effect. Errors are still happening, but this could be due to the checkout SSP application not catching up yet??? I dunno...

I've seen those feature have delays but never in days...
